When should I take it?

You should take one Sanatogen ProNatal tablet a day with a glass of water from the time you stop using contraception, throughout pregnancy and while you are breastfeeding.

Try to take Sanatogen ProNatal on a full stomach, to help maximise the absorption of the nutrients.
