» When should I take it?

When should I take it?

You should take one Sanatogen ProNatal Plus Omega-3 capsule and one ProNatal tablet a day with a glass of water from the time you stop using contraception, throughout pregnancy and while you are breastfeeding.

Try to take Sanatogen ProNatal Plus Omega-3 on a full stomach to help maximise the absorption of the nutrients.
